Alex Kim and David Noll built CEG Dealer School with a clear vision: that dealer training deserved to be taken seriously. Real equipment. Real curriculum. Real professional standards. The two of them combined decades of hands-on casino experience with a shared belief that the industry could do better - for dealers, and for players.
Together, they built something from the ground up. What started in 800 square feet has grown into a nationally recognized institution that has trained thousands of professional dealers.
