From the table

Version 6.9 is a full overhaul of CQ Nexus. Until now, Version 6 was a beta, played and tested by our QA team, Early Access members, and Prime and High tier members. It is in final review now and rolls out to desktop, mobile and web for everyone by the end of this week. For the first time, every platform runs the same build, with the same features and the same fixes.

A new look, light or dark

• New layout across the games with your choice of Dark or Light mode.
• Nexus Pro gets the same redesign, with Dark and Light modes, starting to go live Thursday, October 22.

Play together

• Host your own live table. Nexus Pro players can run a live game for up to 10 players.
• Challenge Tables, version 1.
• Follow players to see their shared tables, trackers and brands.
• Special Tables let anyone sit in on a live game or a beta game, whatever they own.
• Custom branding for Hosts and Enterprise members: your own felt color and logo.
• Join and leave alerts at multiplayer tables.

Game by game

• Blackjack and Baccarat: set your own deck penetration, with a visible cut card and shuffle.
• Craps: a new logic engine under the hood, a size badge on big bets so large amounts are easy to read, and enforce proper lay bets is now its own option.
• Roulette: a size badge on big bets, and hover over a bet to see what it pays.
• Video Poker: 3-hand play rebuilt around a primary hand and secondary hands, which sets up 5, 10 and 100 hand games.

In Alpha, coming next

• Nexus Pro overhaul, with the first upgrades rolling out from Thursday, October 22.
• European (SR) Roulette: single zero, racetrack bets, and French rules.
• iPad optimization for all six games.

Fixed

• Craps no longer freezes after long sessions, the total bet adds up correctly, and max odds buttons work on 3/4/5X live tables.
• Blackjack reshuffles at the end of the shoe, and warns you when you are short on bankroll to split or double.
• Blackjack and Roulette no longer show a win before the result is revealed.
• Baccarat commission now displays clearly, and the burn card and Banker third card sit where they should.
• Mobile: the home button is back, Android icons are refreshed, and Craps roll history scrolls.

We jumped to Version 6 for a simple reason: there are now six games. Baccarat joins Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, Video Poker, and Pachinko. Build 6.0.1 went out October 10 as a beta, tested by our QA team, Early Access members, and Prime and High tier members.

Baccarat Early Access

Baccarat opened first for Prime and High tier members at qa.games.cqnexus.com, ahead of the public release in Version 6.9.

• Deal in sequence. Run any number of hands back to back.
• Four side bets. Dragon 7, Panda 8, and Dragon Bonus on Player and Banker.
• Every road, fully wired. Track the shoe the way the pit does.
• Real procedure. Full and proper order of operations, with dealer callouts.
• Game info. Table min and max, and the rules, one tap away.

Trackers in every game

Create and manage your trackers right from the game lobby, then assign one to your play inside any game. Tracker data entry and basic reporting now live on the Games Dashboard too.

Watch live, and stream it

• View Only for live games. Anyone with the link can follow a live table's leaderboard and chat without sitting down.
• View Only for trackers. Share a tracker by direct link.
• Green screen options. Both views can drop straight into OBS, so streamers can put slices of a live game on screen.

Craps odds

Odds defaults now run 1x, 2x, 5x, 10x and up on every table that isn't set to 3/4/5X odds.
