Terms and Compensation Plan

1. Commission Structure

Four tiers, based on active referred subscribers in a trailing 12-month window, evaluated monthly.

Promotions apply immediately. Demotions step down one tier at a time, with a 30-day grace period before each step. Tier rewards correlate to sustained activity, not lifetime cumulative sales.

2. Cohorts

Cohort floors are permanent and don't expire on their own. An affiliate may hold more than one cohort at once — the highest floor applies.

3. Founding Bundle Commission

Any one-time bundle priced $1,000 or more, regardless of name, pays a flat 10% commission to every affiliate — no exceptions, overriding tier and cohort entirely. No residual applies, since these are one-time purchases.

4. Residual Sunset — a Fixed 24-Month Window

Each referred subscriber has a fixed 24-month residual window from the date they were first referred — not a budget of paid months. If they cancel partway through, the window keeps running on the calendar; it doesn't pause, and lost time isn't added back at the end.

A subscriber cancelled for more than 12 months is fully released from attribution. If they resubscribe through a new affiliate, that affiliate starts a fresh 24-month window.

5. Attribution

60-day first-click cookie. The first affiliate to refer a customer is credited for any qualifying purchase in that window. Once attributed, credit continues on that customer's subsequent purchases, subject to the residual window above. Self-referrals and household referrals are prohibited.

6. Payouts

• Schedule: Monthly, on or before the 15th.
• Minimum: $50. Smaller balances roll forward.
• Method: PayPal primary, bank transfer available on request.
• Holdback: 30 days, to clear refund/chargeback windows.
• Tax forms: W-9 (US) or W-8BEN (non-US) required before your first payout. US affiliates earning $600+/year receive a 1099-NEC.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Organic promotion is the model this program is built for — your own content, videos, and referral code, shared with your audience. That's expected and encouraged.

Paid advertising of any kind is prohibited — Google Search, Display, Social, YouTube ads, or any other paid campaign promoting CQ Nexus or its products, on any platform. This isn't a house-style preference: CQ Nexus operates under a Google Ads Social Casino Games certification, which explicitly does not permit third-party affiliates or aggregators to run paid promotion — only the certified operator may advertise. A violation here risks CQ Nexus's certification entirely, not just your own standing in the program.

Grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions: any paid advertising as described above, including paid search bidding on our trademark terms; spam or deceptive marketing; self-referral or fraudulent activity; promoting to minors or in restricted jurisdictions; and conduct that materially damages CQ Nexus's brand reputation by association.

8. Termination and Changes

Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Residuals continue on active referred subscriptions within their residual window even after termination without cause. Platform LLC may modify commission rates and terms with 30 days' notice — changes don't affect commissions already earned.

Custom Partner & Individual Addenda

If you've negotiated a Custom Partner arrangement, its specific terms are documented in a separate signed addendum, which is incorporated by reference into your acceptance below. Everything in this document not expressly modified by that addendum still applies to you in full.
