Here's the honest math at three activity levels. All numbers use a $50 average customer purchase, 50% subscription adoption, and standard 60% twelve-month retention. Same conservative assumptions we use for our own planning.
The tier structure
Your tier is set by how many active subscribers you have referred in the trailing 12 months. Higher tiers pay higher first-month commissions AND higher monthly residuals across your entire book. As a Founding 20 creator, you start at Tier 2 from your very first customer.

Who fits the Founding 20
The Founding 20 isn't just a size threshold, it's a fit threshold. Here's who we want, and how we think about it.
The audience baseline
We're looking for creators with approximately 5,000+ subscribers on Instagram or YouTube, who are actively creating and posting content on a regular schedule. Consistency and recency matter as much as size. A creator with 6,000 engaged subscribers posting weekly is a stronger fit than one with 30,000 who hasn't posted in six months.
Instagram and YouTube convert best for our program. We consider other platforms case-by-case, and we're happy to look at your channel wherever your community lives.
The values gate. We welcome all creators without judgement. What you promote inside our program must be authentic, truthful, and accountable. We won't accept applicants who misrepresent products, target minors, or promote in ways inconsistent with our compliance standards. If that's your voice, we're the right home. If it isn't, we probably aren't.
